Hola! We just returned from the most relaxing vacation in Ixtapa, Mexico. Here are some photos of our first vacation as a family of three.
We arrived! Jonathan was quite the champ for his 9th and 10th plane trips. Napped, nursed, and played. It's a bit more exhausting to travel with an infant who'd prefer to crawl up and down the aisle the entire three hours, but really, we can't complain. At least there were no poo-plosions this time! (See December entries for awful plane ride story)
Jonathan's first trip to the Pacific ocean. He loves water, but found the waves a bit scary. The sand was cool, though! None of that in the bathtub at home! Well, not much.
On the beach, and in Dad's arms at the restaurant, Jonathan found plenty of cozy spots for naps.
Jonathan loved riding around the resort looking over his Daddy's shoulder. Here he's on his way to go to bed at Baby Club, so his Mommy and Daddy can have a dinner out... just the two of us!

I LOVE the pictures of Jonathan taking naps -- soo cute!!! Esp the one with his dark-colored hat on when he took a nap on daddy (whom also looked like he needed a nap)...! :-)
I wish my kid would just nurse without throwing prolonged crazy tantrums everytime, which makes nursing at home continually very challenging, let alone in public -- totally impossible!!
