Nesting's in full gear. We're cleaning out Peanut's room in preparation for the arrival of the baby furniture on Tuesday. Among the items to be put away -- car seats. All those straps and a boring manual... the solution was a hands-on trial. But baby dolls? No baby dolls in this household, yet. Aahh... Pepper. He's less than 20 pounds (barely) and therefore doesn't yet qualify for graduation from a rear-facing infant seat. Perfect. With the bribe of a treat we loaded Peps into the carseat and I demonstrated closing the chest buckle over the chest, not over the tummy. Good dog! Next up... Diapering 101.
